Where it excels and where it fails
The location is prime for discovering the city, with Termini nearby! The staff is cute, treating guests like family and offering fantastic local tips .
Despite the inviting atmosphere, the building feels a bit rundown upon entry. It might be off-putting at first glance. The air conditioning struggled to keep up on warm nights.

The staff was friendly and very helpul. The Hotel at the best place to start city tours. The level is extraordenary at this price in Italy. Mediterran feeling and cheap pricees around the hotel..
The breakfast room was small, but fair enough for comfortable breakfast and they also had everything like in the European breakfast.

This hotel had all the amenities including the room size of a 4 star hotel plus the hotel was super clean. Hotel has excellent security and is quiet. You reserve your breakfast time to prevent overcrowding in the breakfast room. The entire staff is helpful and attentive.
The hotel elevator is very small but manageable. Staff is attenative to the elevator and assists guests with their baggage.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
During my solo trip, I had some concerns that were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The location made sightseeing easy, and I enjoyed the nearby restaurants for dinner. A great tip, consider taking the train from the airport instead of renting a car.

The quadruple room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a cute atmosphere created by friendly staff. Upon arrival, I was kinda surprised to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the room for my girlfriend's 40th birthday. The hotel's location is perfect, being just a three-minute walk from Roma Termini, with plenty of dining options nearby.
Limited 24-hour reception service.

Staff is very helpful, nice and smiling. Location is really very good (termini station 5 min on foot it's really convenient because you may go to the airport by Leonardo express for 15 EUR/ one way and no need to take a taxi for example :) The Coliseum - 15 min on foot. It's great that you don't need to use the metro every time. I've used the metro 2 or 3 times - for Vatican and for Spain ladder and the rest of the time I just walked and saw the beautiful buildings, churches, Italian people:) and etc Breakfast is Ok. I like very much my vacation in Rome and of course Orlanda hotel as well! :) I recommend it.

Enchanting small hotel for 2 nights in Rome. Reasonable and adequate breakfast with instant coffee, salami and juice, well priced.
